JOHN HEMINWAY was born in New York City and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University. He is the author of The Imminent Rains, No Man's Land, and African Journeys, and has written for numerous publications, including Reader's Digest, Smithsonian, The New York Times, and Travel & Leisure, where he is currently a contributing editor. Heminway is the recipient of many awards for documentary filmmaking and broadcasting. He has served these professions in the various roles of writer, director, producer, narrator, television host, and creative consultant. Heminway works out of homes in both New York and Montana. |
